Giving Initiatives
Floyd Memorial Foundation welcomes corporate, organizational and individual support to further the mission of the Foundation. All gifts are directed to support the needs and services of the Foundation and local healthcare agencies to ensure a healthier Southern Indiana.
Donate Now / Online Donations
We accept cash, check and credit card donations. You can designate your donation to a particular service line, focus area, or allow Floyd Memorial Foundation to use it where the need is greatest. You can also make your gift in honor or memory of someone special.
Cash/Check/Credit Card Gift Payments
We gladly accept donations by cash, credit card or check made payable to Floyd Memorial Foundation. Our mailing address is 2626 Charlestown Road, New Albany, IN 47150 or credit card payments may be scanned and e-mailed to jessica@floydfoundation.org
Memorial / Tribute Gifts
Floyd Memorial Foundation welcomes memorial and tribute gifts, which may be given to honor a special relative, friend or associate or recognize a special individual who has passed away. Email jessica@floydfoundation.org for more information.
Sponsor an Event
Floyd Memorial Foundation offers numerous sponsorship opportunities for Foundation special events. Email jessica@floydfoundation.org for more information.
Matching Gifts
Many employers offer matching gift programs through which your generosity to Floyd Memorial Foundation can be multiplied. Check with your human resources office to see if your company offers matching gifts to non-profit agencies.
Endowed Named Funds
You may establish a special endowed named fund with a minimum gift of $25,000. Email jessica@floydfoundation.org for more information.
Naming Opportunities
With a significant gift to the Foundation, you can name a specialty area in recognition of an individual or family. Your contribution will provide for continuous operations of that service area. Email jessica@floydfoundation.org for more information.
Appreciated Securities / Gift of Stock
Giving appreciated securities, such as stocks, bonds or mutual funds, to the Foundation provides an opportunity to avoid capital gains tax on the appreciated portion of the asset(s). Planned Gifts
The Foundation has a gift planning program and gratefully accepts legacy gifts such as bequests made through wills and estates, gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts and other planned gifts. Additionally, numerous naming opportunities are offered to commemorate your gift. The Foundation can connect donors with an estate planning service for those interested in making a legacy gift in support of the Foundation.
